1. Parties and scope
These terms govern use of the website at devantalya.com, operated by Tangelo Bilişim Limited Şirketi (the "Operator"). By using the site you accept these terms.
2. Purpose of the site
DevAntalya is a non-profit community initiative that aims to bring software developers in Antalya and Turkey together. The site is published for information. No goods or services are sold through it, no payment is taken and no account is created.
3. No warranty and liability
The site and its content are provided "as is". The Operator gives no warranty of any kind, express or implied, as to accuracy, currency, uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. All risk arising from use of the site rests with the user.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator is not liable for indirect damages, loss of data or loss of profit arising from use of or inability to use the site. This limitation does not cover intent or gross negligence.
4. Content rights
Rights in the text, images, logo and layout belong to the Operator or the respective rights holders. The DevAntalya name and logo may not be used commercially without written permission. The right to report and quote is reserved: reasonable quotation is permitted where the source is credited.
5. External links
The site may link to addresses belonging to third parties. The Operator is not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.
6. Protection of personal data
Information on the processing of personal data is set out in the Privacy Notice and the Cookie Policy.
7. Changes
The Operator may update these terms without prior notice. The current text is published on this page and applies from the date of publication.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Turkey. The courts and enforcement offices of Antalya have jurisdiction over any dispute.
